Lead Speech-Language Pathologist
Haley Bashlor, M.S., CCC-SLP
Haley earned her Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Eastern New Mexico University in 2022. She has gained experience across a variety of pediatric settings, with a passion for helping children build confidence through articulation, language, and social communication therapy.

After spending several years in Savannah, Georgia, where she founded and grew her first pediatric speech therapy practice, Haley returned home to the Rogue Valley to establish Smooth Talkers Speech & Language Therapy. She is passionate about providing high-quality, individualized care while creating a welcoming environment where children and families feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of the clinic, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter, and their labradoodle. Whether they're exploring Southern Oregon, floating the scenic Rogue River, or simply enjoying time together as a family, she loves making the most of everything the Rogue Valley has to offer.

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
Marcy Roberts, SLPA
Marcy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, before completing her Associate of Arts as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant at Chemeketa Community College. She brings over five years of experience as an SLPA, having served children and families through Southern Oregon ESD's Early Intervention program.

Marcy is passionate about providing individualized, child-centered therapy, believing that every child learns differently and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to communication. She enjoys working with children across all ages and stages and has a special interest in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), helping every child discover the best way to express themselves and find their voice.

Outside of the clinic, Marcy enjoys spending time with her family and embracing the outdoors. You'll often find her camping, hunting, fishing, reading, canning, or caring for her family's farm.

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
Brynn Graham, SLPA
Brynn is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant who recently graduated from Chemeketa Community College. Before beginning her career in speech-language pathology, she spent the past three years working as a school librarian, where she developed a passion for supporting children as they learned, grew, and built confidence in the classroom.

Brynn especially enjoys working with school-aged children in the areas of articulation and language development. She is passionate about creating engaging, encouraging therapy sessions that help children strengthen their communication skills while having fun.

Outside of the clinic, Brynn enjoys spending time outdoors with her soon-to-be husband and can often be found with a good book in hand. She is excited to be part of the Smooth Talkers team and looks forward to helping children build confident communication skills.
